Hello & Welcome!

My name is Martina Link. I am a German Physiotherapist and have enjoyed living with my family in Sydney for a good many years.

Having worked in Germany more than 15 years as a Physiotherapist and Health Coach in the field of Fitness, Rehabilitation and Relaxation my focus has shifted even more towards a holistic approach to physical and mental health, after moving to Australia.

The services I offer can assist you on your very personal road to better health, recovery and an overall more balanced life.

Enjoy the journey!

Before our first meeting I would like to ask you to fill out the 'Client Intake Form'. That allows me to get a better understanding of your needs, so that I can customise your treatment in order to achieve the best possible outcome.

You can do this by filling out the form on this website or in person before our appointment by printing out the PDF version of the form.

Please browse through the different services I offer and visit the 'Contact' page in order to book an appointment with me or send through your enquiry!

I look forward to hearing from you!

After years of experience as a Physiotherapist, Psychosomatic Health Coach and Lymph Drainage Therapist, I am excited to let you know that I have expanded my services, introducing Counselling at our clinic in Terrey Hills to complement my holistic approach to therapy and recovery.

Please refer to my new website to find out more.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Manual Lymph Drainage & Applied MLD

MLD is a light, skin-stretching massage that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid out of the swollen limb.

Applied MLD uses special techniques where the lymph system remains intact but the affected area can be treated for pain and inflammation to reduce the symptoms of many different conditions.

Also, MLD has a very positive effect on the nervous system and can help with a lot of other chronic conditions, physically as well as mentally.

Reflexology

If you have been injured or are lacking energy, reflexology can help to restore and balance your body into healing itself.

It is useful for treating stress, anxiety, back pain, migraine, poor digestion, respiratory problems, asthma, headache, bladder problems, menopausal syndromes and period pain.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation PMR, Autogenic Training & Quan Dao

are 3 different techniques that you can apply to release tension, physically as well as mentally, and you learn to become more relaxed, focused and spiritual in less than 20 minutes per day.
