Update COVID19, 14th of August
/Dear Clients,
We are still operating as usual but reinforce our precautionary measures regarding COVID 19 and ask all clients who come in to let us know if they attended any COVID hotspots that are identified by NSW Health or have been in contact with someone from Victoria within the last 14 days. Also, please enter the clinic through the side door wearing a face mask. We can’t allow more than two people in the waiting area of the surgery and will take your temperature upon arrival too.
All these measures are taken for your own and everyone’s safety, so please also do not come in if you feel unwell or show any COVID symptoms.
Thank you for your understanding and I am looking forward to seeing you in our clinic, a COVID SAFE environment.
Update COVID19, 25th of July
/Dear Clients,
NSW Health has updated health care workers yesterday to wear masks in NSW as of now because of an escalation to a moderate risk level (please find the link below). They have also asked for patients to wear a mask if possible and in close proximity. Please bring your own one to wear for your appointment. I will have disposable masks in the clinic as well in case you don’t have one. If you have been in Victoria or in physical contact with Victorians please let me know before your appointment. All other precautionary measures that are in place since the pandemic started apply.

We are open…
/…and do our best to make your visit as safe as possible.
The clinic is operating as usual with full capacity and a Covid-Safe Business Plan outlined by the NSW Government. We have precautionary measures in place, e.g. offering a seperate entrance and waiting area for clients of Balance Your Life, introducing extra cleaning and providing hand washing facilities in the treatment room as well as hand sanitiser and face masks if required.

/The Clinic is operating as usual within the Guidelines of NSW Health. Precautionary measures are in place to make your visit as pleasant and safe as possible.
When you arrive at the clinic please enter the clinic through our dedicated side entrance and make sure you do not come and cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell or show any signs of illness.

/The clinic is open for essential treatments such as Manual Lymph Drainage, Remedial and Therapeutic Massage in line with NSW Government regulations.
Please give me a call if you like to make a booking for an essential treatment only and also to discuss the current regulations and precautionary measures that I have in place to make your treatment as safe as possible.

Essential Treatments are available after an individual risk assessment over the phone, so please ring: 0423 464 491.
Get in touch if you need to discuss urgent or necessary treatment e.g. Manual Lymph Drainage for Lymphoedema or other related Conditions - Remedial or Relaxation Massage excluded.
