What a fantastic day at the Terrey Hills Markets!
It was truly heartwarming to see so many people—from the local community and beyond—come together to support the market last Sunday. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by our stall!
Katika and I have been working alongside each other for nearly eight years. While we are currently based in different locations, we continue to share a strong professional connection. Many of our clients have benefited from our integrated approach over the years—combining therapies to support the body and mind more effectively. Our shared goal has always been to provide the best outcomes through a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach.
In my work, I support clients with Manual Lymphatic Drainage, while Katika often complements these treatments with acupuncture to enhance healing and recovery.
Sunday gave us the opportunity to reconnect with current and former clients and meet many new faces curious about what we offer. It was a joy to be out in the community again, sharing what we do and offering a bit of fun with our Wheel of Fortune, where several lucky visitors won a treatment session with either of us!
